1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jitaacce platform — including the website, mobile experience, game library, sports betting section, live casino, promotional offers, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You may be asked to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at jitaacce's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Currency

All jitaacce accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There is no option to hold a balance in a foreign currency. All game stakes, winnings, bonuses, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in ৳ BDT.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Real-money funds deposited to claim a bonus will not be affected by the removal of the bonus.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering

• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months with a zero balance

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your jitaacce account at any time by contacting our support team at support at jitaacce. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard KYC and verification procedures. 8.2 Effect of Closure
